Showcase: Pirates of the Dread Sea

Here's something a bit different - the first Kickstarter wave of Pirates of the Dread Sea miniatures.

I was asked to paint these as the promo figures for Dead Earth Games' Kickstarter. I'd worked with them before, on their Fantasy range and some of their Across the Dead Earth figures, and they make great, fun sculpts.

With Pirates of the Dread Sea they went for a Fantasy skirmish game, featuring modern 32mm fantasy figures.

This first wave already has a full Dwarf crew, an Elf, an Orc and mermaids. Really fun figures, and a lot of fun to paint.
